VSP is excited to announce our new distributor programs. These programs are designed to support distributors of VSP products, and provide access to our service network and technology.

DISTRIBUTOR NETWORK

Our resellers are segmented into two levels, and a separate level for OEM partners. The requirements and benefits are customized to fit the different attributes of companies in this

market. All distributors have a minimal $2,900 investment before being approved to resell VSP products. Basic start up marketing materials and a demo kit is included in the investment price. Distributors require signing a NDA and a non-compete agreement.

TIER STRUCTURE

VSP printed floor sales require a blend of knowledge and support. To account for this, we have developed a tier system that compensates companies according to their level of commitment. This program rewards sales volume; dealer services, and provides the education and support to move up the tier structure. The VSP service network allows you to fill any resource gaps, ensuring all sales are completed properly and generate happy customers and referrals.

Tier I: These distributors demonstrate an ability to fully process a sales on their own, and facilitate the installation timeline / process & design process.

Tier II: These distributors have a specific skill-set or presence in a certain geographic area, but are unable to fully sell / support VSP Custom Printed Flooring on their own without support, requires VSP’s service network for support.

Certified Partners: Want to buy VSP products at a volume-pricing basis. These companies must prove that they can move large volumes of product with little or no assistance.
